The Wall

Rochie cu spatele gol si guler Peter Pan/ Cut out back stripe dress with Peter Pan collar: Asos (o rochie care are acelasi design, dar este din poliester, iar a mea din bumbac, poate fi inca gasita aici/ the same design but in a different colour, pattern and material – polyester instead of cotton – can still be found here)
Sandale nude de piele cu talpa ortopedica/ Leather wedge sandals (old): Joy Wendel – le am de cativa ani, cand brand-ul a existat si in Romania
Geanta din lemn – no name, o am de acum cativa ani din Palma de Mallorca/ Wooden bagno name, I bought it several years ago in Palma de Mallorca

Maybe you’ve recognized the dress, it’s exactly the same design as the one in The Red Dress post. That’s because when I really like something (shall we say… a dress), I tend to buy it in more than one colour if available. (I sometimes do the same thing when I can’t decide between colours. Because I am a strong woman, who wants to live with no regrets :D).

Just as the polka dot dress (featured here), this striped beauty first stepped out into the world on the occasion of this photo session, as it’s one of my most treasured buys from this autumn’s Asos sales.

As I found that both the dress and the bag have a certain retro vibe, I thought I’d post some of the photos in black and white and vintage 60’s. Anyway I’m really pleased with myself that I’ve finally managed to get some use out of that wooden bag: although I’ve had it for several years, I’ve never worn it because I don’t find it very practical – and I doubt I’ll be wearing it in “real life” any time soon (I like BIG bags, bags in which you can stuff at least 1 kg of absolutely vital things :D).
